HIGHILY RECOMMEND THESE GUUMIES , GREAT FLAVORS ,SUPER DELICIOUS AND EFFECTIVE !! I LOVE THEM AND HOPE WHOEVER IS GONNA USE IT WILL LOVE IT .

-CBD Ashwagandha Gummies: Pink Lemonade I highly recommend the gummies for new CBD users. Not only are they delicious, they’re pre-dosed and can be easily taken anywhere at anytime. The container comes with 25 broad spectrum gummies and they take about 30-60 minutes to take effect. The downside to them is that they are so good it’s very easy to want to consume more than you should. Who can ever have just 1 of anything? Not me! -CBD Tincture: Sour Sweet A tincture is an oil-based form of CBD extract. I measured a dropper with my desired dose and placed the oil under my tongue for 60 seconds. (I was unsure of what doesage to start with so I started with a small amount and gradually worked my way up.) I like the tinctures because they work quicker when used sublingually and I feel like you have a little more control over your dosage.. If you are someone who likes very flavored tinctures, this is definitely a flavor for you to try! I noticed that if I use the same flavor for days in a row, I get used to it so when I switch to another flavor, it takes a few days to adjust to the taste. You can also mix the tincture into a favorite beverage or food if you don't want to do under the tongue! Overall, I really liked these products and I am interested in trying more. Very quick shipping and friendly customer service!
